Please note that all decoration on MummaBear' cards are purely for decoration and are not toys.
Some cards have small decorations attached and could cause a chocking hazard if unsuitably
handled by children. All MummaBear cards come with a co-ordinating envelope.
Although we have tried to reproduce pictures showing the exact colour of our cards, please note
that different computers may show the colours differently. Please use the colours shown on
your computer as a guide to the actual shade.
Due to the nature of Hand-Crafted Cards, although we try to make exact copies of each of our
cards, there may sometimes be slight differences.
Any change of materials used due to unavailability of products from our Suppliers, will result in
MummaBear using replacement products of a higher value only. We will never use inferior
products.
You will receive a Confirmation of Order email, once we have received your order and payment
along with an indication of the currant dispatch time. We will then send an email to confirm that
your order has been dispatched.
Post and Package for
Mainland UK: Orders of £15.00 or more have FREE p+p. Orders of £14.99 and
less, p+p is a flat rate of £1.00. This will show on your Shopping
Cart.
Post and Package for
Oversea Destinations: Customers who live outside Mainland UK and Oversea
Destinations should email us at sales@mummabearcards.com
for more information.
UK Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Registered Post and will require a
signature upon delivery.
Payments made by
PayPal: Payments are made using most major cards through PayPal. You do
not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase.
Security: Payment for your order is made through Pay pal's secure site.
MummaBear does not at any point handle any of your card details,
nor will we sell your details on to a third party.
Faulty Goods and
Returns: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the condition of your
cards, please email us and we will give you the necessary details to
return your goods for a full refund.
Personalising
your card or Keepsake Book : When personalising a card, you can request the use of
words such as Mother, Father, Brother, My Darling etc, just
as you can use somebodies actual name. However, we
will not use words of an unsavory nature.
Some of the cards have been designed with personalisation
at no further cost then the price shown. These all have an
option box next to the description.
To personalise: use the drop-down box to select
"Personalise" and then write the name you wish used in
the text box. Please spell your choice of name carefully,
as it will be spelt as you have written it.
Non-Personalised: If you choose not to personalise your
card, then please use the Options drop-down box to
select "Unpersonalised" and then leave the text box blank.
You can change your mind about your choice of
Personalisation right up until you pay for your order.
Cancellations: You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it.
